The C21 Association is willing to offer assistance and advice
with any copyright issue. Whilst this service does not carry legal weight, the collective experience of
of our advisors is considerable. Many of the simpler disputes can be solved in this way and without recourse
to the more expensive legal option.
The C21 Association exists on voluntary contributions and, in order to maintain our service, a donation of 20%
of the value of a dispute will be requested if the dispute is settled satisfactorily.
Before contacting the C21 Association, photographers should have all the available documentation ready and email this,
together with a full description of the issue, to us. We will respond with an advisory that either confirms
we can deal with the issue or with the contact details of a suitably qualified attorney.
